What we do

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage therapy focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, it incorporates deeper strokes. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, sore shoulders and those suffering from repetitive strain.

Remedial Massage

Is a modality that incorporates numerous techniques to locate and treat musculoskeletal problems. Remedial massage stretches muscles, increases flexibility, inhibits muscle spasm and can help breakdown scar tissue, and therefore can aid in your recovery from injury, either from an accident, sport or surgery. A remedial massage is also effective in alleviating repetitive strain injuries.

Sports Massage

Sports massage focuses on preventing and treating injury, while gaining flexibility enhancing athletic performance. Combining techniques of deep and light pressure.

Recommended for the elite athlete to the recreational jogger, golfer, tennis player, and anyone actively requiring assistance from sporting ailments.

Trigger Point Therapy

Used in treating specific tender points throughout the body by alleviating muscular tension and restricted movement associated with tight muscles. Therefore releasing the muscle and decreasing pain, alleviates muscle stiffness and improves flexibility.

Relaxation Massage

Improves general well being, improving circulation and lymphatic flow while reducing muscular tension, mental or emotional stress, leaving you with a feeling of deep relaxation.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is an effective and efficient technique for the treatment of muscular pain and myofascial dysfunction. Dry needling is a technique that is extremely effective for relaxing overactive muscles, which contain trigger points. The treatment involves needling of muscular trigger points. This technique should not to be confused with the Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques of acupuncture. Please note a minimum 60 minute massage is required to incorporate this technique.

Therapeutic Massage

Very beneficial for those who are feeling stressed or anxious, it is also suitable for those who have sedentary lifestyles. This style utilizes a light pressure combined with softer movements.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Powerful but gentle, non-manipulative techniques that encourages healing throughout the body at a deeper level. It promotes optimal movement of the cranial bones and spine. This technique is useful for many conditions: headaches, face, jaw and neck pain and general emotional tension.

Myofacial Release

Treats the connective tissue (fascia) of the body that is affected by trauma and injury. A very gentle therapy that releases restrictions within the fascia, alleviating pain and discomfort.

Reflexology Massage

A reflexology massage involves the massaging of various areas of the ears, hands and feet to promote overall health in the body. Reflexology improves blood flow, creates relaxation and has shown to reduce pain. Excellent for post-operative care.

Cupping Therapy

Aids in blood flow, and is used by athletes to aid recovery. It reduces inflammation, loosens restrictions and adhesions in tissues, sedates the nervous system and promotes relaxation.
